I bought this for my sister and its perfect. She is 5'8" and size 12/13.
We were worried it would be too short, as most costumes are, but this dress touches the floor. The material is very nice, not too thin. The arm bands are stretchy and the head piece is a little on the cheap side, but not enough to throw it out or anything. We plan on accessorizing it ourselves so for this price its a GREAT deal! She's very pleased.

I am a true 14 and when I ordered this item,there is no way this was going to fit and yes I ordered the right size, so I returned the item. When I received the item it stated on my rec't NO RETURNS however, I did return it, explaining that this is not true to size, I couldn't wear it... and never heard back. SO, BE AWARE order larger than you really want...
