I ordered this for my 3 year old grandchild. When it arrived in a padded mailing envelope, I was a little concerned. However, when I opened the package, the costume "fluffed" right up. It is a little long and needs hemmed, but better too long than too short. I am looking forward to halloween and will have lots of pictures for my scrapbook!
